Investigating -
We've identified a database performance issue affecting some account and student activity related functionality today. Some users may experience errors or delays with account creation, account status, or saving/syncing activity and progress.
We're applying a fix now. During this window (approximately 1 hour), some features involving saving or syncing student activity may be temporarily degraded or unavailable. Most site functionality is expected to remain normal.
We'll post an update once the fix is complete and confirmed resolved.
